So there hasn’t been an entry on this thing in foverer, but I’m going to start it back up! 

Countless things have changed since last time.  Our music has improved tenfold, our lineup is in a flux, yet we play shows and rock it out anyway.  We’ve gone from simple, boring things like Liar to stuff like ‘Quake’ and ‘As I Should I’ (check our pages on MySpace or Facebook for em’).

Our EP ‘Politico’ is out, and you can hear some of the tracks on our MySpace page still.  We’re working on an album, which could be as much as 15 songs long, which should be out by April.  Check out our tracks ‘Quake’ and ‘Harbor’, as well as ‘As I Should I’, all songs from the album.

We’ve also got some shows coming up, it’s going to be a great year :-)

So since the last update, we’ve had shows at Nesting Grounds and The Vault.  They were quite cool, and we met a bunch of cool bands to play with, and the Vault even told us they would try to get us on one of their big weekend shows sometime!

We have a bunch of newer songs now, including one that we finished and played the week of the Vault show, and people really liked it.  Our set is always changing just a bit every show, and it’s awesome!  Anyway, try to make it out to our Friday show if you can, it’s in Amery, WI at a place called Riffs & Rails.  Meanwhile, I gotta’ finish my homework =0

So, our Varsity show is in a couple days.  Meanwhile, our show at the Nesting Grounds was awesome, and we met another band called Shattered that’ll be getting us some shows in Wisconsin.  We also promised them the same thing, if we can get one going out here.  It’s going to be a fun fall methinks :-)

So, a lot of people got scared off of the basement show because of the weather, but we still had a fun time.  We’ve pretty much settled on a set list for the next couple shows, since they’re both half hour shows.  It’s going to go like this:

The shows are going to be fun!  We have one on the 28th and another on the 31st.

In other news, we may have some band shirts available soon, and we’re looking around for places to record.  Meanwhile, come out to a show and hang out with us yo!

I’m looking forward to the next basement show.  The last one got us a lot of good feedback at our (then) new songs, so we’re looking forward to showing off our two new tunes at this one.  It’s on Wednesday the 19th, at Jonny’s house.  The Facebook event page is here: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=123853016385&ref=mf

So far, one of the songs is untitled, but we’ve decided on the name “FML” for a new tune that is probably best described as alternative/hard rock in style.
